Shortly after the announcement of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Katherine Harding transformed an old Teddy Bear (originally named Willie) into a daily icon as a way of staying connected with family and friends. Willie is decades old, and doesn’t mind being dressed up everyday, he has a very loving disposition. He also knows he has a purpose, to help provide inspiration and spread hope. As Willie evolved, he became known as CoronaBear, fitting for a bear that is living life in the midst of the Coronavirus. The scars from this tragic time will remain with us forever, we need to stay hopeful and positive. We will get through this “together”.
